Vietnam team won big against Viktoria Plzen
With this formation, Huynh Nhu and her teammates quickly took the lead thanks to a beautiful header by Hai Yen. Continuing to play confidently and control the match, just over 10 minutes later, Nguyen Thi Van doubled the gap for the Vietnamese women's team. It was also this player who sealed the 3-0 victory for the Vietnamese women's team with a long-range shot in the 35th minute.
This is also the last match of the Vietnamese women's national team's training trip to Europe this year. During the 2 weeks here, coach Mai Duc Chung's students had 3 friendly matches against RB Leipzig (Germany), FK Pardubice and Viktoria Plzen (Czech Republic) with 1 loss and 2 wins.
Coach Mai Duc Chung and his team will have 3 more days of training in the Czech Republic before returning to Vietnam on September 15.
The Vietnam women's team will rest and accumulate energy to look forward to 2025 with many new ambitions. Except for the Ho Chi Minh City women's team, who are preparing to compete in the AFC Champions League women's team, taking place in October at Thong Nhat Stadium, Ho Chi Minh City.
