Improving the capacity of grassroots cadres in ethnic work

On the morning of October 24, more than 80 grassroots cadres attended the training conference of Sub-project 4 of Project 5 - "Training and capacity building for communities and grassroots cadres in implementing the National Target Program on socio-economic development of ethnic minority areas" (DTTS) in Ca Mau province in 2025, organized by the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions in coordination with TechMind Technology Innovation Company Limited.

80 delegates are grassroots officials from communes in region III and those with special difficulties participating in the training course.

During two days (October 24 and 25), delegates who are grassroots officials participating in the management and implementation of the Program in communes in Region III and communes with particularly difficult hamlets and quarters in ethnic minority areas in the province (old) were introduced by representatives of TechMind Company and guided on a number of new regulations related to the tasks of the commune level, as well as guided on the application of additional and amended documents for projects and sub-projects under the National Target Program on socio -economic development in ethnic minority areas.

Speaking at the conference, Ms. Nguyen Thu Tu, Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, emphasized: "The training conference aims to improve community management capacity, strengthen propaganda and mobilize people to effectively implement the Party and State's ethnic policies and guidelines; at the same time, promote the role of grassroots cadres in monitoring, inspecting and supervising the effective implementation of policies."

Ms. Nguyen Thu Tu, Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, spoke at the training class.

Through the conference, trainees were equipped with additional knowledge and necessary professional skills, contributing to building a team of grassroots cadres with sufficient management and operational capacity, meeting professional requirements in implementing the National Target Program on socio-economic development for ethnic minority areas in the province.
