The team consists of 8 members who are respected figures in the residential area, such as the Party branch secretary, the village head, officials from the Women's Union, the Youth Union, the Farmers' Association, and core members. The team's nhiệm vụ is to disseminate knowledge about gender equality, prevention of domestic violence and child abuse; to encourage the people to comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, and the laws of the State, contributing to building a cultured, safe, and civilized life in the residential area.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Diem Kieu, Vice Chairwoman of the Fatherland Front Committee of Dat Mui commune and Chairwoman of the Women's Union of Dat Mui commune, emphasized: "The community communication team in Cai Moi hamlet is an extension of the Women's Union organization at the grassroots level. Through the team's activities, information, policies, and effective models will be quickly disseminated, helping to raise awareness among the people in general and ethnic minorities in particular about gender equality and the prevention of gender-based violence."

The Women's Union of Dat Mui commune presented the Decision to the Community Communication Team in Cai Moi hamlet, which was selected as a pilot site.

In the coming period, the team will closely coordinate with departments, agencies, and organizations in disseminating information and mobilizing the people to effectively implement the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws; at the same time, promptly identify, share, and support difficult cases, contributing to building a safe and civilized residential area.

Mr. Nguyen Van Hien, Head of Cai Moi Hamlet and Head of the Community Communication Team, affirmed: “We will work with a sense of responsibility and enthusiasm, striving to complete our tasks according to the team's operating regulations; contributing to eliminating gender stereotypes and biases in families and communities, gradually changing outdated customs, and aiming to build a safe and equal living environment for women and children.”
