The natural disaster risk level is level 0.

Previously, Dr. Nguyen Xuan Anh, Director of the Earthquake and Tsunami Warning Center (Institute of Earth Sciences) said that this morning, in Phuoc Son district, Quang Nam province, an earthquake also occurred at 7:10 am. The coordinates of the earthquake were at 15.470N-107.745E. This earthquake had a focal depth of about 8.3km; magnitude 3.0 on the Richter scale. The natural disaster risk level is level 0.
Quang Nam is a locality where earthquakes frequently occur, but most of them are mild and often concentrated in Nam Tra My and Bac Tra My districts. In early May, an earthquake with a magnitude of 3.8 on the Richter scale also occurred in Nam Tra My district.
