Dong Nai spends nearly 1,300 billion to build road to industrial park near Long Thanh airport

To make it easier for people and businesses to travel and transport goods, Dong Nai decided to build a road to Ong Keo Industrial Park with a total investment of nearly 1,300 billion VND.

Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee has just decided to adjust the investment policy for the road to Ong Keo Industrial Park (phase 1), Nhon Trach District (Dong Nai).

Accordingly, the total investment capital for the road project to Ong Keo Industrial Park (phase 1) was adjusted to nearly 1,300 billion VND. Of which, construction costs are more than 634 billion VND, consulting costs, project management and other costs are nearly 36 billion VND, compensation and site clearance costs are more than 510 billion VND.

The project implementation period is adjusted from a maximum of 5 years from the time of capital allocation for project implementation expected in the 2018-2022 period to no more than 4 years.

Previously, the road project to Ong Keo Industrial Park (phase 1) had a total investment of more than 816 billion VND, a length of about 5.5km, the starting point of the route intersects with Hung Vuong Street (old Huong Lo 19), the end point borders Ong Keo Industrial Park. The route has a roadbed width of 18m, of which the road surface is 15m wide, and the sidewalks on each side are 1.5m wide.

It is known that Ong Keo industrial park is located along Ong Keo dike, adjacent to Long Tau river and Dong Tranh river in Phuoc Khanh commune, Nhon Trach district.

This industrial park is located about 20km from the center of Ho Chi Minh City, more than 50km from Bien Hoa center, 50km from Vung Tau... and close to Long Thanh airport.
