Dong Nai commenced and broke ground on 8 projects to welcome the 1st Provincial Party Congress

On the morning of September 27, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province coordinated with departments, localities and investors to simultaneously start construction and break ground on 8 key projects to welcome the 1st Congress of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030.

Including 7 social housing projects , including: ChC1 and ChC2 social housing areas in Phuoc Tan ward; Tam Hiep ward; 2.1ha and 3.7ha social housing apartment complex in Phuoc An commune; 3.5ha social housing in Trang Bom commune; 2.85ha social housing in Ho Nai ward; and Tan Trieu ward social housing area.

Notably, the ChC1 and ChC2 social housing areas in Phuoc Tan ward , invested by Him Lam Joint Stock Company, have an area of ​​over 1.6 hectares, including two 12-storey apartment buildings, with a total investment of about VND722 billion, providing accommodation for more than 1,900 people eligible for social housing support.

Delegates performed the groundbreaking ceremony of the Social Housing Project ChC1 and ChC2 in Phuoc Tan Ward.

In Trang Bom commune , the 3.5-hectare social housing project located in the Bau Xeo Industrial Park Service Center, with a total investment of more than VND 733 billion, is expected to be completed after 24 months, providing about 900-950 apartments (77,000m² floor area), providing accommodation for about 3,500 people.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Phi Long, General Director of Khang Nam Real Estate and Environmental Construction Group Joint Stock Company, representative of the joint venture investor, affirmed that they will strictly comply with regulations on investment and construction, and closely coordinate with the government to complete the project on schedule.

Also in the morning of the same day, the Project Management Board of Region 6 held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Inter-Port Road Project (Phase 1) with a length of more than 15km, the starting point connecting the boundary of Ong Keo Industrial Park, the ending point connecting the road to Viet Thuan Thanh Port, with a total investment of more than 2,600 billion VND, expected to be completed by the end of March 2028. The route is expected to create a driving force connecting the port - logistics - industrial park - riverside urban area, taking advantage of the advantage when Long Thanh airport comes into operation, contributing to Dong Nai's breakthrough, affirming its position in the Southern Key Economic Zone.
