FE CREDIT launches preferential credit package to support people in flood-affected areas to stabilize their lives

The program aims to support people in flood-affected areas to overcome difficulties, restore their livelihoods and soon stabilize their lives after natural disasters.

In early October, some northern provinces such as Lang Son, Cao Bang, Thai Nguyen and Bac Ninh suffered the most serious natural disaster in many years with the phenomenon of "flood on flood" on a large scale.

Particularly dangerous natural disasters such as major floods, historic floods, deep inundation, flash floods and landslides occurred almost simultaneously, causing serious damage to people, property, dykes, reservoirs and essential infrastructure. According to statistics from localities, Thai Nguyen suffered the heaviest damage with more than 12,200 billion VND, Cao Bang 2,000 billion VND, Bac Ninh 1,670 billion VND and Lang Son 1,050 billion VND.

In the context of needing to quickly restore production and stabilize people's lives, FE CREDIT has launched a preferential credit package with interest rates of up to 50% with simple procedures to help people quickly access capital and gradually stabilize the economy .

The preferential credit package is being implemented for people in the four most severely affected provinces, including Thai Nguyen, Bac Ninh, Lang Son and Cao Bang, starting from October 30, 2025 and lasting until the end of November, or until the program budget runs out (depending on FE CREDIT's decision).

The highlight of this credit package is the preferential and competitive interest rate along with a flexible, quick and easy approval mechanism. Customers only need to provide their permanent address (based on CCCD/ID) and current address (as declared by the customer) in the four above mentioned localities to be able to register for the credit package without having to prove actual damage.

According to a representative of FE CREDIT, the goal of the program is not only to provide timely financial resources but also to create a foundation for sustainable recovery for people in flood-affected areas. FE CREDIT hopes that the credit package with preferential interest rates will help people repair their houses, buy necessities, household items and essential expenses for daily life after natural disasters.
