The session attracted nearly 100 young ethnic minority workers. They were directly consulted about job positions, career skills and labor rights.
In particular, 10 large enterprises participated in recruiting workers in fields such as garment, auto mechanics, manufacturing, services and agriculture such as: Truong Hai Group Corporation, Thuan An DMC Investment Corporation, Suleco Labor and Expert Export Company, Giavi Human Resources Construction Corporation, Tadashi Human Resources Training Corporation, Panko Tam Thang Company...

Young people participating in this event also heard about new labor laws and policies, such as the revised Law on Employment, regulations on unemployment insurance and vocational training support; and were instructed on how to register for jobs online through the National Employment Portal.
Mr. Nguyen Quy, Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs, said: "This activity is part of the rural and mountainous employment support program to create conditions for ethnic minority youth to access domestic and overseas employment opportunities and promote local economic development. We are committed to continuing to organize similar activities to connect workers with businesses."
It is known that in the period of 2021 - 2025, Da Nang has 3,844 ethnic minority youth working in countries such as Japan, Korea, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Laos and some other Southeast Asian countries.
