The project to build and purchase library equipment for students of Ta Lung Primary and Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities was funded by the Vietnam Children's Fund, INT Holdings, with a total cost of 360 million VND. Construction began in August 2024 and the library project has been completed and handed over for use since February 2025.
According to Mr. Dinh Tien Hai - Director of the Vietnam Children's Fund, previously, in 2023, the Vietnam Children's Fund and INT Holdings signed a cooperation agreement with the content that INT Holdings will allocate a portion of the funds from the book sales profits of the author Hoang Huu Thang - Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company to support the construction of a library, equipment, tables, chairs, books for children at Ta Lung Primary and Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities. The library support project aims to provide opportunities for students in disadvantaged mountainous areas to access information and knowledge, creating conditions for children in mountainous areas to develop comprehensively, especially creative thinking, contributing to helping the school complete its career of training human resources and nurturing talents for the country.

Sharing at the program, Mr. Hoang Huu Thang - Chairman of the Board of Directors of INT Holdings Company affirmed that this is a project with profound humanistic meaning, and expressed his hope that the library will be effectively exploited, well maintained and continuously supplemented with many rich books. This not only brings joy in learning but also helps children expand their knowledge, cultivate understanding and cultivate the habit of reading from an early age. Thereby, the library will become a meaningful space, contributing to fostering and developing a reading culture for future generations of preschool children.

At the ceremony to put up the signboard of the library, the Vietnam Children's Fund and sponsor INT Holdings presented 10 scholarships (VND 1 million/scholarship) to disadvantaged students of Ta Lung Primary and Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities; 10 gifts, including school supplies, necessities, and candy; 100 mattresses; 15 books for the library, totaling VND 30,650,000.

On this occasion, the Vietnam Children's Fund mobilized Huong Viet Sinh Company Limited to donate 729 long-sleeved shirts to all students of the school with a total value of 80,190,000 VND. At the same time, through the Vietnam Children's Fund, KN Cam Ranh Company Limited donated 20 bicycles with a total value of 35 million VND to 20 students of the school with special and difficult circumstances.

Ta Lung Commune belongs to Dong Van District, Ha Giang Province, located about 05 km south of Dong Van District center. The commune has an area of 28.67 km², population in 2019 is 3,667 people, population density is 128 people/km². Currently, many schools in Ta Lung Commune are in a state of degradation, lack of facilities, especially libraries that do not meet standards and meet the learning needs of students.
