Key areas for building breakthrough solutions
As one of the 12 key commune and ward party committees of the province, with the spirit of early and remote preparation, Quy Nhon Dong Ward Party Committee has focused on leading, directing, and actively implementing the preparation work for the 1st Ward Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, ensuring progress according to the direction of the province. In particular, the ward gives special priority to and carefully prepares documents, considering this a key and core task to ensure the congress is successfully organized.

Quy Nhon Dong Ward Party Secretary Huynh Ngoc Hoang said that the ward was established on the basis of merging 4 wards and communes (Nhon Binh, Nhon Ly, Nhon Hai, Nhon Hoi). The ward Party Committee has 47 Party cells and grassroots party organizations with 1,011 party members. Determining the goals, tasks, and key solutions for the 2025-2030 term, the ward will become the political - administrative - economic center of the province, so the drafting of documents is of special importance. The ward Party Committee is urgently drafting congress documents under the direction of the province with the view of breakthrough development, to move forward strongly with the whole province and the whole country in the new era of development.
“The ward plans to hold the Congress before August 15, 2025. Based on a comprehensive assessment of the potential, strengths, and development space, the resolution of the ward’s congress for the next term will propose key tasks and breakthrough solutions to soon build the ward into a key urban development ward of the province,” Mr. Hoang emphasized.
Meanwhile, preparations for the 1st Party Congress, term 2025-2030 of Pleiku ward are being carried out synchronously and systematically. The ward Party Committee has 75 grassroots party organizations with 3,221 party members.

Pleiku Ward Party Committee Secretary Nguyen Xuan Phuoc said that in order for the Party Congress to take place on schedule and be successful, the Ward Party Committee has directed agencies and units to advise on the development of a plan to organize the congress, a plan to propagate before, during and after the congress; establish sub-committees: Documents, propaganda - service and support groups, assign specific tasks to each department. At the same time, advise on the contents of forecasting the situation; goals, directions, tasks, solutions on organization, personnel, mass mobilization, propaganda; economic, cultural and social development, investment attraction, religious work, administrative reform and government building.
Border commune focuses on poverty reduction
With the characteristics of border communes not implementing mergers, at this time, Ia Chia and Ia O communes are urgently deploying preparations for party congresses at all levels, term 2025 - 2030.
Mr. Ksor Khieu, Secretary of the Party Committee of Ia Chia Commune, said that the preparations for the new term Party Congress of the commune have basically been completed. The entire Party Committee has 17 subordinate Party cells with 238 Party members. To date, 9/10 Party cell secretaries are also village heads. The Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the commune have assigned the Party Building Committee and the Party Committee Office to advise on completing the draft political report and the review report of the Party Executive Committee to submit to the Party Congress of the commune for the term 2025 - 2030. At the same time, the commune is completing the discussion and contributing opinions to the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress and the congresses at the immediate higher level.
“135 Party Committees of communes and wards in the province need to focus on drafting congress documents; in which, it is important to determine the direction for the next term with a long-term vision, commensurate with the expansion of area, population, potential, and strengths of the new communes and wards after the merger. The Standing Committees of the Party Committees of communes and wards must complete the congress dossier and submit it to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee 15 days before the congress is held. The deadline for submitting the congress dossier to the Congress Organizing Committee is no later than July 31, 2025 for consideration, appraisal, and submission to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for approval before holding the congress.”

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tien, Secretary of the Party Committee of Ia O commune, informed that the locality has completed the drafting of important documents to serve the congress such as: Political report; report reviewing the leadership and direction of the Party Executive Committee of the commune, the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the commune for the 2020-2025 term; plan to implement Directive No. 45-CT/TW dated April 14, 2025 of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party; decisions to amend and supplement the establishment of the Documents subcommittee, the Propaganda and Congress Service subcommittee.
“The border area is particularly difficult, the poverty rate of Ia O commune is still high, accounting for 6.54%. Therefore, the political report presented to the congress will focus on clearly analyzing the causes and proposing key solutions to sustainably reduce poverty. Along with that, the task of ensuring political security, maintaining social order and safety and border security is also a content that needs to be emphasized,” said Mr. Tien.
