Domestic coffee price list updated on the morning of April 24, 2025 |
According to statistics, in recent trading sessions, Robusta coffee prices have decreased slightly, while Arabica prices have increased again. Domestic coffee prices have also decreased slightly, and coffee prices have also adjusted slightly to the level of 128,900 - 129,400 VND/kg.
Arabica coffee prices have been supported by the US dollar falling to a three-year low, experts say, with pressure mainly coming from the prospect of increased supply in Brazil, where weather conditions are favorable for the upcoming harvest.
At the same time, the sell-off in the stock market also contributed to increased risk sentiment, negatively affecting commodities, including coffee.
Meanwhile, ICE-monitored Arabica coffee inventories rose to a five-week high of 801,549 bags, while Robusta stocks also rose to 4,272 lots, the highest in a week.
Globally, many in the industry are predicting further price volatility in the near term. The fundamental backdrop remains tense and volatility in supply, demand, and speculative activity in the futures market are likely to persist in the short to medium term, at least until the second half of 2025.
Faced with climate change and increasingly stringent international market requirements, many Vietnamese farmers and businesses are shifting to organic coffee growing as a sustainable development strategy.
