Gia Lai: Training to improve management capacity for 80 cooperative management leaders

(GLO)-From May 27 to 29, in Pleiku City, the Provincial Cooperative Alliance in collaboration with the Central Highlands-Central Economic and Technical College and Cooperative Cadre Training organized a training course on "Strategic management and improving cooperative leadership capacity" for 80 trainees who are leaders of cooperatives in the province.

At the training course, trainees were exposed to important topics such as: The role of cooperative strategic management; strategic analysis tools; enhancing effective leadership and management skills; practicing steps to build strategies that are close to the needs and operating situation of cooperatives. At the same time, trainees also exchanged, discussed, shared experiences, good practices, practical solutions in the management, operation, strategy building, human resource and financial management of cooperatives; how to increase member participation in implementing business strategies....
