In particular, focusing on clarifying pending, prolonged petitions, petitions under consideration and resolution. Specifically, at the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, there were 7 petitions and at the Land Management Center, there were 3 petitions. According to the units, most of the late and prolonged petitions were complicated, dealing with issues that occurred many years ago, with insufficient basis for verification; at the same time, they involved many levels, many sectors, and issues that had to wait for instructions from provincial departments, branches and sectors. In some cases, the storage of records and documents was incomplete, and legal regulations had many changes, so the settlement encountered many difficulties and obstacles, and did not ensure the prescribed time.

Delegates give opinions at the monitoring session.
