Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Trong Dong signed and issued Decision No. 5050/QD-UBND dated September 26, 2024 on handing over 6,640 square meters of land in Xuan Canh commune, Dong Anh district to the Dong Anh District People's Committee to implement the project of building Xuan Canh Kindergarten in Van Loc and Van Thuong areas.
Accordingly, 6,640 square meters in Xuan Canh commune, Dong Anh district (site clearance has been completed as confirmed by Dong Anh district People's Committee in Document No. 1775/UBND-TNMT dated July 4, 2024) was handed over to Dong Anh district People's Committee (Dong Anh district Construction Investment Project Management Board) to implement the project of building Xuan Canh Kindergarten in Van Loc and Van Thuong areas approved by Dong Anh district People's Committee in Decision No. 7345/QD-UBND dated October 29, 2020.
The location, boundary, and area of the land are determined in the Master Plan Drawing, scale 1/500 of the Xuan Canh Kindergarten construction project in Van Loc and Van Thuong areas, prepared by Nhat Viet Construction and Trading Investment Joint Stock Company, approved by the People's Committee of Dong Anh district in Document No. 2136/UBND-QLDT dated September 8, 2020.
Of the total 6,640m2 of land, 5,349m2 of land is used to carry out the project of building Xuan Canh Kindergarten in Van Loc and Van Thuong areas. Form of land use: The State allocates land without collecting land use fees. Long-term land use; 1,291m2 of land for traffic and connecting technical infrastructure. Form of land use: The State allocates land without collecting land use fees; Dong Anh District People's Committee invests in building technical infrastructure in sync with the general infrastructure of the area according to the planning and assigns it to the management unit according to regulations.
The City People's Committee assigned the Dong Anh District People's Committee (Dong Anh District Construction Investment Project Management Board) to contact the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to receive land handover on the field; guide the procedures for granting Certificates of land use rights and ownership of houses and other assets attached to land according to regulations. Contact the Department of Construction for instructions on construction procedures according to construction regulations. Be responsible for implementing the project to ensure compliance with current legal regulations on planning, investment, construction, land and other relevant regulations. Organize the implementation of technical infrastructure construction according to approved investment projects to ensure overall planning, synchronous connection of technical infrastructure and regional infrastructure.
Dong Anh District People's Committee is responsible for preparing and approving the Master Plan Drawing, Boundary Drawing at scale 1/500 to ensure that there is no interlaced land area, and that land is used economically and effectively. Use land for the correct purpose, boundary, and area as specified above; implement investment projects, accept and hand over works for use in accordance with regulations on public property management.
