In particular, it is necessary to identify digital transformation as a strategic breakthrough, a fundamental solution to improve management effectiveness, service quality for people and sustainable development.

As one of the large commune-level establishments of Bac Ninh province, Que Vo ward was established on the basis of merging 4 wards (Pho Moi, Bang An, Viet Hung and Que Tan) with a total natural area of ​​23.51 km² and a population of more than 40,000 people.
