During the day, the delegation offered incense and paid tribute to General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh, Lieutenant General Nguyen Binh and Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan, mother of President Ho Chi Minh .
At the Hoang Thi Loan church (Viet Tien commune), delegates burned incense and respectfully expressed their infinite gratitude to Hoang Thi Loan, who gave birth to President Ho Chi Minh, a great man of the Vietnamese people, a national liberation hero and a world cultural celebrity. Hoang Thi Loan's life is a shining example of simplicity, modesty, great sacrifice and compassion. Her simple, noble lifestyle and love of work were clearly reflected in the lives of her children later on, and most notably in beloved Uncle Ho.

At the Memorial Site of General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh (Nguyen Van Linh Commune), the delegation offered incense, expressed their respect and deep gratitude to General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh, an excellent student of President Ho Chi Minh, a steadfast and creative leader of the Party, who made many great contributions to the revolutionary cause of the Party and the development of the homeland and the country. Notably, General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh, together with the Politburo and the Party Central Committee, initiated and successfully led the renovation process, creating a turning point and premise for Vietnam to develop as strongly as it is today.
Next, the delegation went to the Memorial House of Lieutenant General Nguyen Binh (Nguyen Van Linh commune) to respectfully offer incense, express gratitude and commemorate the first Lieutenant General of the Vietnam People's Army; the person who was entrusted by President Ho Chi Minh with the task of going to the South to gather forces and lead the revolution in the Southern region at a difficult time when the Democratic Republic of Vietnam had just been established.

On the evening of November 17, at the Hung Yen Provincial Convention Center, an exchange program took place with typical examples in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style in the Northern region in 2025. The program included political art performances, along with exchange content, honoring typical groups and individuals in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style in the Northern region in 2025.
