Cultural exchange between students of Luong Van Tuy High School for the Gifted and students of Saiki City High School, Japan

Attending the exchange program were leaders and experts from the Department of Education and Training; the Board of Directors, teachers and students of Luong Van Tuy High School for the Gifted. On the side of Saiki City, Japan, there were officers in charge of the International Exchange Department of Saiki City, teachers and students of Saiki City High School , OY TA Province, Japan.

The exchange program includes contents introducing the history, achievements, and unique culture of the two countries Vietnam and Japan. In particular, Ninh Binh province, Vietnam is known as the land of "spiritual land, talented people" associated with the Dinh, Tien Le, Ly, Tran dynasties. This place has produced many national heroes, celebrities, talented writers, and famous revolutionaries. Ninh Binh also has a large tourism space, diverse in ecology, culture, terrain, products and human resources, many famous landscapes and cultural heritages such as : Trang An Scenic Complex, Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, Tran Temple, Tam Chuc Pagoda, Phat Diem Church, Phu Day, Cuc Phuong National Park, Xuan Thuy National Park...

Vietnam and Japan are two countries in the same Asian region, with a close relationship. The Vietnam - Japan friendship has been nurtured over many generations, not only through economic and educational cooperation but also through similar cultural and spiritual values.

Through the unique and vibrant performances , the videos sharing information through visual images, elaborately staged and the direct exchange activities between students of Luong Van Tuy High School for the Gifted and students of Saiki City High School at the exchange helped students better understand the unique cultural features of the two countries Vietnam - Japan. There were many outstanding activities such as: Performance of the song " Hello Vietnam "; video introducing the school, culinary culture, Japanese Kimono costumes ; video introducing Ninh Binh, Luong Van Tuy School , culture, cuisine, Vietnamese Ao Dai costumes; performance of the traditional Soran Bushi dance, singing Doraemon, slideshow about Japanese festivals and instructions on wearing Kimono; performance of the song "Huyen Thoai Trang An", Mashup dance, performance of Vietnamese Ao Dai costumes and bamboo dance performance with the enthusiastic participation of delegates, teachers and students from both sides...

The program is an important activity , an opportunity for students of the two provinces to learn about the history and cultural traditions of each country; marking the cooperation, the close and friendly relationship, and mutual support and assistance in educational development between the two schools, the two educational systems of Vietnam and Japan. This is also a practical activity in the friendly cooperation program between Ninh Binh province and Saiki city, O - Y TA province, Japan on cultural exchange of high school students of the two units, thereby contributing to further strengthening the solidarity and friendship between the two units, the two countries of Vietnam and Japan.
