Commenting on the sample exam for the High School Graduation Exam from 2025, Master of Literature Vuong Thuy Hang said: "Compared to the sample exam for the High School Graduation Exam announced at the end of December 2023 and the orientations in the testing and assessment activities of the 2018 generaleducation program, the exam ensures the correct criteria for selecting materials and question matrix, but the content of the questions in the Writing section has changed, somewhat reducing the pressure on candidates this year - the first generation of students taking the High School Graduation Exam of the new program.

The selection of this text has ensured the correct requirements and orientation of the 2018 General Education Program. Accompanying the text are 5 questions at 4 levels: recognition - understanding - application - high application. Compared to the High School Graduation exam from 2024 and earlier, the number of questions has increased but has the same structure as the sample exam published at the end of 2023.

It can be seen that, compared to the previously published sample question (late 2023), the literary essay question has changed: from clarifying the characteristics of the genre to analyzing the content ; this has greatly reduced the psychological pressure on candidates because the requirement to write an essay analyzing the content or artistic value of a literary work , candidates have been familiar with and practiced for many years, especially in high school; while the requirement to clarify the characteristics of the genre will require mobilizing a lot of knowledge, requiring better reading and understanding of the genre.

In addition, the absence of text in this question will help candidates have more time for the Writing section, linking the questions in the Reading section is an advantage in the exam room.

In the social argumentation question, the requirement to write a 600-word essay will not be difficult for candidates; the topic of artificial intelligence is also a familiar issue, choosing evidence and giving sharp opinions will be an advantage, creating impressive articles. However, to get full marks, candidates need to have good examples, convincing evidence and leave an impression. Argumentative operations need to be applied flexibly, creatively and clearly express the writer's point of view.

The early announcement of the exam structure will be an advantage for students' learning and review process. However, students should also note that this is only an illustrative test, the amount of text may increase (similar to the test structure announced at the end of 2023), so it is also necessary to practice fast reading and accurate reading skills to ensure effective test taking.

Reference exam questions for high school graduation math from 2025: "Closely following the target requirements"

Mr. Luu Huy Thuong, a Math teacher at Hocmai Education System, commented: "In terms of structure, the reference test ensures the correct structure and format of the test similar to the sample test previously announced by the Ministry of Education and Training. The test structure consists of 3 parts with 34 questions, specifically as follows:

Part 1, multiple choice test consists of 12 questions at the recognition and comprehension level. Part 2, true-false test consists of 4 questions, each with 4 ideas and arranged from recognition to application level. Part 3, short answer test consists of 6 questions and all at the application level.

Regarding the difficulty of the exam, the exam has 25 questions at the recognition and understanding level (accounting for about 73%, equivalent to about 6 points). To complete these questions well, students need to have a comprehensive grasp of the basic knowledge, from which they can think and reason, and solve basic mathematical problems.

The questions at the application level (accounting for about 27%, equivalent to about 4 points) focus on practical, interdisciplinary applications and on the topics of functions, integrals and integrals, probability, spatial geometry and Oxyz geometry. To handle these questions, students must have solid abilities, knowledge and skills, and at the same time need to be calm and quick-witted as well as have good thinking skills to be able to model mathematics and solve difficult mathematical problems.

In general, the exam closely follows the requirements of the goal of obtaining exam results for high school graduation while also ensuring differentiation to classify candidates.

Good reference test for natural combinations, many new things

Regarding Physics, the reference exam for the high school graduation exam from 2025 was evaluated by a teacher of the Natural Sciences group, Hocmai Education System: "With the new orientation of the exam, students need to completely change their learning methods compared to before, focusing on reviewing in the direction of understanding the nature of physics, linking physics with practical application factors, practicing thinking, reasoning and problem-solving skills to be ready for the 2025 exam.

For Chemistry, the exam has completely changed in terms of exam structure and question format to meet the orientation of competency assessment according to the requirements of the new program. The content of the questions in the exam is quite good, with many new elements compared to the previous exam trend, with many practical application questions, closely following the spirit of the new program. Although the exam has reduced the calculation element, it is not easy to achieve high scores, different from traditional learning and reviewing, so it will cause many difficulties and surprises for students.

Biology, the reference exam has completely changed the exam structure and added some question formats to meet the orientation of assessing capacity according to the requirements of the new program. The exam has significantly reduced the calculation factor compared to the previous exam trend, requiring students to clearly understand the nature, enhance the assessment of reading comprehension, analytical thinking and problem solving. Therefore, to achieve high scores in the 2025 high school graduation exam, students need to change the traditional review method to best respond to the changes of the exam.

English subject, the reference test has completely changed the structure of the test and the format of the questions to meet the orientation of assessing the ability according to the requirements of the new program, the content of the questions focuses on the skills of reading comprehension, information analysis and logical arrangement of ideas of the candidates.
