According to the plan, the Mobile Administrative Procedure Reception and Processing Team will hold meetings twice a month on Saturdays (the 2nd and 4th weeks) in hamlets or suitable locations. Citizens and businesses will receive support in resolving issues in various areas such as civil registration, notarization, land, business licenses, social insurance, etc. They will also be guided on submitting applications online, using public services, making online payments, and using public postal services for home delivery of results.
Simultaneously, the People's Committee of the commune established the Community Digital Technology Team in So Tai hamlet. The team's nhiệm vụ is to disseminate information and guide residents and businesses in using online public services, cashless payments, e-commerce, and practical digital applications in daily life, prioritizing support for vulnerable groups such as the elderly and disadvantaged households.
At the launch event, Mr. Dang Quoc Can - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Giong Rieng Commune, and Director of the Giong Rieng Commune Public Administrative Service Center - emphasized: "In the coming time, the Giong Rieng Commune Public Administrative Service Center will establish Community Digital Technology Teams in 36 hamlets."
