Golfer Tang Thanh Trung won the Tien Phong Golf Tournament - "The whole country"

(NLDO) – Surpassing 233 competitors, golfer Tang Thanh Trung won the Best Gross award for the best athlete at Tien Phong Golf Championship - "Non song mot doi".

After a day of exciting competition, the first Tien Phong Golf Championship - "Non song mot doi" - 2025 ended successfully. The best golfers in each group were honored, but for the Organizing Committee, the greatest success was the spirit of solidarity, sharing and spreading community responsibility that was fostered in every swing, every putt.

Not only a place for sports competitions, the tournament also carries profound social values ​​when it is held on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), as a reminder to today's generation of the great sacrifices of our ancestors for the country to have peace and independence.

Mobilizing golfers to contribute to the gratitude fund

Tien Phong Newspaper not only expanded the golf movement from North to South, making sports a spiritual bridge between regions but also a bridge of love by dedicating a portion of the fund to support former Saigon - Gia Dinh commandos, the silent heroes of the historic Ho Chi Minh campaign.

In addition to awarding prizes to golfers with high achievements in 5 groups, the Organizing Committee awarded the Best Gross prize to golfer Tang Thanh Trung along with other technical prizes.

At the award gala, the Organizing Committee launched a fundraising campaign and provided support to former Saigon – Gia Dinh special forces soldiers. The award’s partner, Hung Hau Development Corporation, decided to sponsor the construction of three new houses for former special forces soldiers.
