In 2025, the "Lifelong Learning" program trained 420 students in Hanoi and Da Nang.

The programme plays a key role in delivering on Diageo’s 2030 vision of: Promoting a positive role for alcohol; leading with a culture of diversity and inclusion; and sustainability in all aspects of production from raw materials to finished products.

Over the past two years, the program has trained hundreds of students, including more than 420 in 2025, with more than 60% of the students being female. Most students found the course useful and increased their confidence in finding a job. The training covers bartending, service, communication, teamwork, and time management.

Mr. Nguyen Duy Quang, Principal of Da Nang College of Tourism , said that the project has equipped students with four essential skills: Digital skills, 21st century skills, Job readiness skills and Bar skills. "This is an important step for the school to closely connect theory and practice, becoming a high-quality training center," said the principal of Da Nang College of Tourism.
