Hanoi proposes Prime Minister to assign Ngoc Hoi bridge construction project

Accordingly, the Hanoi People's Committee proposed to assign the Hanoi People's Committee as the competent authority to implement the Ngoc Hoi Bridge construction investment project and the access roads at both ends of the bridge according to the provisions of the Law on Public Investment.

The City People's Committee also reported to the Prime Minister for consideration and approval of the policy of allocating the Central Budget to support at least 50% of the total investment for the component project of investing in the construction of the main bridge and the road at the bridgehead (Component Project 3) in the overall project of investing in the construction of Ngoc Hoi bridge and the roads leading to the two ends of the bridge.

Hanoi City and Hung Yen Province are responsible for allocating local budgets to implement compensation, support, resettlement; invest in the construction of parallel roads and the remaining part of the Component Project for the investment in construction of the main bridge and bridgehead roads (Component Project 3) in the overall project for investment in construction of Ngoc Hoi Bridge and access roads at both ends of the bridge.
