Hanoi is about to have Yen So bus station, investment capital of nearly 120 billion VND

The Hanoi People's Committee has just decided to lease more than 27,500 m2 to Thanh Tri Bus Station Joint Stock Company to implement the Yen So Bus Station Construction Project in Hoang Mai District, with a land use term until December 30, 2066.

Thus, since the investment policy decision was made in 2016, it has been nearly 10 years since the Yen So Bus Station project was allocated land for lease.

Hanoi location will be Yen So bus station.

Previously, on December 30, 2016, Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 7283 approving the construction of Yen So Bus Station (Hoang Mai District, Hanoi).

Accordingly, the bus station has a total investment of 118 billion VND, with Thanh Tri Bus Station Joint Stock Company as the investor.

Of which, investor capital is 30 billion VND (accounting for 25.4% of total capital), borrowed capital and other mobilized capital is 88 billion VND (accounting for 74.6% of total capital); operation period is 50 years.

After completion, the project will have a capacity of 800-1,000 vehicles/day, with the first phase operating 400 vehicles/day.
