According to the Information and Communications Infrastructure planning, Vietnam will popularize smartphones by 2025, adding 4-6 more submarine fiber optic cables by 2030.
Digital infrastructure is one of five types of infrastructure in the 2021-2030 period planning and vision to 2050, announced by the Ministry of Information and Communications at the end of February, along with Postal infrastructure, IT application, Information security, and IT industry.
