This project includes a 5-storey study and office building combined with accommodation, with a construction floor area of ​​approximately 3,167m2, with convenient elevators and stairs. This project also has a fire prevention and fighting system, standard outdoor technical infrastructure, garden, and trees. In addition, Hai Duong province will purchase equipment for teaching and accommodation for teachers and students, opening up better opportunities to study at specialized schools for students living far away in the area.

The project was assigned to the Hai Duong Province Construction Investment Project Management Board as the investor, with the implementation period from now until 2026, with a total cost of 40 billion VND. The construction site was chosen right on the campus of Nguyen Trai High School for the Gifted.

The construction of the Provincial Center for Training Excellent Students aims to serve the work of training excellent students to participate in national and international competitions for excellent students, improving the quality of training key students.
