The document clearly states that it is strictly forbidden to take advantage of the name of the Parents' Representative Board of a class or school to collect fees outside the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training ; absolutely do not use the operating budget of the Parents' Representative Board for purposes previously prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training.
The document of the Hai Phong Department of Education and Training also emphasized that in the context of people facing difficulties after storm No. 3, educational institutions must not organize fundraising campaigns from parents of students, contrary to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
In addition, focus on reviewing and understanding the situation to promptly support, exempt, and reduce fees for students in difficult circumstances; extend and postpone the collection time; do not collect monthly and semester fees at once; do not collect multiple fees at the same time. At the same time, absolutely do not arbitrarily increase tuition fees and other fees.
In this document, the Department of Education and Training of Hai Phong also requested the People's Committees of districts in the city to coordinate in directing the strengthening of state management, organizing inspections and examinations of the implementation of revenues and expenditures in educational institutions, not allowing violations to occur, causing public outrage, and strictly handling violations under their management authority.
