Ham Tan launched a campaign to beautify the landscape to welcome the Provincial Party Congress.

On the morning of September 20, at the Cultural - Information and Sports Center of Ham Tan commune (Lam Dong), a launching ceremony was held to plant 500 rosewood trees and flowers in 11 schools and 16 villages; and to clean up the environment in residential areas and medical stations.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nam, Chairman of Ham Tan Commune People's Committee participated in planting trees.

At the launching ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nam, Chairman of the Commune People's Committee, emphasized the significance, role, comprehensive and long-term benefits, and humanistic values ​​of planting trees, afforestation, and environmental protection.

Mr. Nam said that planting trees must be associated with care to ensure good growth and development according to the motto "what you plant is what you will grow". Avoid ostentation, waste and inefficiency.

In particular, tree planting and forestation must be associated with agricultural development, tourism, and new rural construction. Each type of plant is suitable for each region, location, production facilities, and rural residential areas.

This is a meaningful activity of Ham Tan commune, aiming to welcome the 1st Congress of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030 and successfully implement the Project of planting one billion trees in the period 2021-2025.
