The club operates on a voluntary basis, providing a platform for young people to gather, meet like-minded people, exchange and learn from each other. Here, young people discuss farming techniques, agricultural input materials, market access, marketing, product consumption and the further goal of connecting resources into large production areas.

Club members often take the time to sit together to discuss and propose plans on labor, employment, and concentrate sources of goods to attract the attention of traders, make it easier to market and consume products, and build a brand. This is also an opportunity for young people who are just starting out, new farms to learn and know how to operate a farm, and choose the right output market.
