Hong Bang District People's Council approved the 2024 budget settlement and adjusted and supplemented the 2025 public investment capital allocation plan.

At the meeting, the district People's Council delegates reviewed and discussed the district budget revenue and expenditure reports in 2024 and the first 5 months of 2025; approved the 2024 budget settlement; discussed and passed the 2024 budget settlement resolution; and the 3rd adjustment resolution of public investment projects in 2025.

Accordingly, the People's Council of Hong Bang district passed a Resolution approving the 2024 State budget settlement in the district with a total budget revenue of over VND 2,183 billion, of which the total local budget revenue is over VND 1,675 billion; total local budget expenditure is over VND 1,050 billion.

With 100% of delegates voting in favor, the Hong Bang District People's Council also passed the Resolution on adjusting and supplementing the plan and allocating public investment capital (3rd time) in 2025. Accordingly, the total public investment capital plan (3rd time) was adjusted and supplemented from VND 264.8 billion to VND 268.5 billion; the plan for allocating public investment capital of the district (3rd time) in 2025 was adjusted and supplemented for 4 projects with an additional capital of over VND 3.6 billion. Specifically, the capital was increased for the items of repairing works and installing fire prevention and fighting systems at Hung Vuong Kindergarten, Hung Vuong Primary School, Nguyen Trai Primary School, and Bach Dang Secondary School.

In addition, the District People's Council also adjusted the capital allocation plan for 9 projects and project items to suit the actual progress of the projects and the paid capital./.
