On April 4, Mr. Nguyen Tan Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee chaired a meeting to review the implementation results of Decree No. 03, dated September 5, 2019 of the Government on coordination between the Ministry of National Defense - Ministry of Public Security in performing the tasks of protecting national security, ensuring social order and safety, fighting and preventing crimes and national defense tasks in the first quarter, and orientations for the second quarter of 2025.

In the first quarter, the coordination between the Provincial Military Command, the Provincial Police and the Provincial Border Guard Command in the tasks of protecting national security, ensuring social order and safety, fighting and preventing crimes and basic national defense tasks was carried out well according to the contents of the regulations. All three forces always maintained a good command and direction relationship in carrying out each side's tasks in defensive operations.

The forces have coordinated in exchanging, inspecting, verifying, and handling information related to the activities of foreign delegations and organizations, the situation of religious and ethnic security, national defense and security on sea and island routes; organized 54 propaganda campaigns, mobilizing the masses to participate in protecting national security with 1,822 participants; promoted national defense and security education for the subjects; coordinated in many campaigns to fight against crime, investigate, and arrest law violators, maintain political security, social order and safety in the area...

Speaking at the conference, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tan Tuan praised the functional agencies of the three forces for their solidarity, coordination, and successful completion of the task of ensuring national defense and security, social order and safety in the province. At the same time, he requested that in the coming time, the three military, police, and border forces maintain strict combat readiness, protect the safety of targets, grasp the situation, and promptly advise on handling situations that arise, contributing to maintaining political security and social order and safety in the province. The three forces coordinate to absolutely protect the security and safety of the activities of Party and State leaders, delegations, and international conferences held in the province; important events of the country and the locality, focusing on Party congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party; the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and national reunification; Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Sea Festival in 2025...

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tan Tuan also requested the three forces to coordinate to protect internal political security, implement the policy of merging at the provincial and communal levels and the process of reorganizing the apparatus at all levels; fight against the distorted and destructive arguments of hostile forces; strengthen the implementation of measures to prevent and combat crimes, especially transnational crimes, crimes related to human trafficking, drugs, economics, and the use of high technology... The forces continue to closely coordinate in propaganda work on preventing and combating illegal, unreported, and unregulated fishing in the province; propagate to owners of vessels and fishermen to develop the economy while participating in the fight to protect the sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland...
