Consultation elected Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Ninh province.

At the first conference, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Ninh province consulted and elected a Standing Committee of 12 people, including Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha as Chairwoman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and 11 Vice Chairmen.

On October 28-29, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Ninh province held the 1st Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term, with the participation of 358 official delegates.

Member of the Politburo , Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central mass organizations, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Do Van Chien attended the Congress.

Also attending were Party Central Committee member, Secretary of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hong Thai, provincial leaders and representatives of several neighboring provinces and cities.

With the theme "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Development", the Congress comprehensively assessed the results of implementing the Resolution of the previous Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Bac Ninh and Bac Giang provinces for the 2024-2029 term; pointed out limitations, causes and drew practical lessons; proposed directions, goals and tasks for the new term, contributing to building Bac Ninh into a centrally-run city before 2030.

The consultative congress elected the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Ninh province, term I, 2025-2030, consisting of 119 members.

At the first conference, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee elected a Standing Committee of 12 members. Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha was elected to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Bac Ninh Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, along with 11 Vice Chairmen.

Speaking at the Congress, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Do Van Chien sent condolences and sympathies from the leaders of the Party, State and the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the damage caused by storms No. 10 and 11 in Bac Ninh; and presented 20 billion VND donated by the people nationwide through the relief channel of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to support the province to overcome the consequences and soon stabilize life and production.

Praising the achievements of the Fatherland Front of Bac Ninh province, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Do Van Chien requested that the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Bac Ninh province, the new term, thoroughly grasp the instructions of General Secretary To Lam at the Congress of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central organizations for the 2025-2030 term, consistently follow three guiding viewpoints, six key tasks, and apply the formula "three easy, three clear, three measurable": easy to understand - easy to remember - easy to do; clear goals - clear responsibilities - clear deadlines; measure inputs - measure outputs - measure impacts.

In the coming time, the Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front hopes that the Fatherland Front of Bac Ninh province will continue to thoroughly grasp Resolution No. 43-NQ/TW dated November 4, 2023 of the 13th Party Central Committee on promoting the strength of great national unity; step up propaganda and education on traditions, arouse aspirations to rise up, patriotism and solidarity of all classes of people; promote democracy and social consensus, and strengthen people's trust in the Party and the government.

Along with improving the quality of supervision and social criticism work, the Provincial Fatherland Front needs to actively innovate the content and methods of operation; focus on training and fostering cadres with mettle, capacity, close to the people, serving the people, especially the team of cadres at the commune level.

In addition, it is necessary to effectively deploy preparations for the election of deputies to the National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.

In the 2025-2030 term, the Fatherland Front of Bac Ninh province aims to continue promoting the tradition and strength of great national unity; taking people as the center, subject, driving force and goal of the great national unity bloc; strengthening the consolidation of political alliances, creating social consensus; representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of the people; practicing democracy, supervision, social criticism, participating in Party and government building, preventing corruption and negativity.

To effectively implement those goals, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee set out 10 specific targets, including 3 breakthroughs: Innovating leadership methods according to new models, thinking and ways of doing; promoting digital transformation in the Fatherland Front system; implementing the "Digital Popular Education" movement.

During the past term, the Fatherland Front of Bac Ninh province has strongly innovated the content and methods of operation, associated with patriotic emulation movements and practical campaigns; promoted the role of exemplary people and religious dignitaries in propaganda and mobilization, arousing the spirit of solidarity, self-reliance and self-improvement among the people.

With the motto "Using people's strength to care for people", the Provincial Fatherland Front and its member organizations effectively propagate the digital transformation program in new rural construction.

It is expected that by the end of 2025, the whole province will have 55/66 communes meeting new rural standards, 432 villages meeting new rural model standards; mobilize people to donate more than 21,000m² of land, contribute nearly 40 billion VND and more than 33,000 working days to do public welfare works.

Social security work, caring for the poor and disadvantaged people has achieved many outstanding results. Bac Ninh is one of the leading provinces in the country in the program of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses, with 5,636 newly built and repaired houses, with a total value of more than 195 billion VND, contributing to improving people's lives and strengthening their trust in the Party and State./.
