The Women's Union of the hamlet has coordinated with the Women's Union of Song Loc Commune Police and other departments, branches and organizations to regularly hold periodic meetings, assigning tasks to each member to coordinate in propagating and mobilizing people to comply with the provisions of the law, thereby enhancing the role and responsibility of women and families in managing and educating children not to commit crimes and social evils. The Club's Executive Committee regularly visits the homes of families with children of young age to sign a commitment to educate them not to violate the law and social evils.

In addition, the Club's Board of Directors coordinated with Song Loc Commune Credit Fund to support households in borrowing capital, promptly meeting the capital needs for production and business, creating jobs for local workers, limiting and repelling usury in rural areas, contributing to maintaining security and order, reducing poverty, and building new rural areas. The Commune Police and the Women's Union of the hamlet have launched a campaign for cadres, members and families to register to compete in building cultural families, with no relatives violating the law or having social evils. The Club has mobilized over 95% of women members to register. On average, each year over 95% of women members' families achieve the title of "Cultural Family".
