Impressive images of the swimming events of the Aqua Warriors Halong Bay 2025 tournament

At 6am this morning, more than 2,000 athletes participating in the Aqua Warriors Halong Bay 2025 entered the most important events of this year's season. The opening was the swimming competition for all 4 events: Olympic Triathlon, Full Aqua Warriors, Olympic Aqua Warriors and Aqua Sprint.

After the starting whistle, hundreds of Olympic Triathlon athletes rushed to the water, swimming out to sea to compete in a 1.5km race.

The Olympic Aqua Warriors athletes started third, darting into the ocean, competing in a 1.5km swim and a 10km run.

The swimming competition is held at column 8, Hon Gai beach, Ha Long city.

Impressive images, showing the athletes' efforts and desire to overcome personal challenges and achieve good results in the tournament.

The temperature in Ha Long City at 6am was around 19 degrees Celsius, quite cold. However, the temperature gradually warmed up later, more favorable for athletes competing in the sea swimming event.

A large number of locals, tourists, relatives and girlfriends of the athletes stood on the shore to cheer enthusiastically for the athletes participating in the competition.

Notably, in the Full Aqua Warriors event, a male athlete with bib number 8527, who had lost both legs, registered to compete. He competed quite well, completing 3 laps amidst the enthusiastic cheers and admiration of the people, spectators and other athletes.

Meanwhile, some athletes encountered problems during the start, suffered cramps in the middle of the stream... and were helped onto boats by support forces and brought back to shore safely.
