During the press conference announcing the top 50 contestants of Miss World Vietnam 2025, Ms. Pham Kim Dung - President of Miss World Vietnam - shared the latest information about the life of Miss Huynh Tran Y Nhi in Australia.

During her time studying in Australia, Ý Nhi became independent and didn't rely on her family. She woke up at 4-5 am, cooked her own meals to take to work for lunch, reheated her food in the evening, and tried to work as many extra hours as possible to earn a stable income. She currently works as a sales representative for a high-end brand.

Ý Nhi works up to 24 hours a week. After deducting living expenses, she only manages to save about 30 million Vietnamese dong each month. Ý Nhi has two months of summer vacation (unlike Vietnam, which is currently winter) and has decided to dedicate one month to participating in Miss World Vietnam. She plans to return to Australia for the rest of the time to continue her work and earn extra income to cover her living expenses.

Miss Ý Nhi returns to Vietnam to accompany Miss World Vietnam 2025 in her role as the reigning Miss World Vietnam.

At the event, Ý Nhi took on the role of closing the special opening performance with a Christmas atmosphere, alongside 50 Miss World Vietnam 2025 contestants.

Miss World Vietnam 2025 will not have a semi-final round like in previous years. The top 50 from the preliminary round will directly compete in the final night to find the successor to Ý Nhi.

Approximately 70% of the contestants are new faces, the majority of whom are over 1.7m tall. Besides their fresh beauty and striking physique, most contestants demonstrate confidence in communication. Many also possess strong foreign language skills, such as English, Chinese, and French.

Notably, the first-ever Dances of Vietnam costume design competition was held. The two winning costumes will accompany Miss Le Nguyen Bao Ngoc and the newly crowned Miss World Vietnam to the Miss World competition.

The Miss World Vietnam 2025 final is scheduled to take place on March 24, 2026.
