According to the announcement of the prestigious education ranking Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) in the 2026 Asian University Rankings, the Banking Academy is in the Top 25 universities in Vietnam, thereby affirming its position as a prestigious training unit in the country, while demonstrating a vision of deep integration with international educational standards.
This achievement is a clear demonstration of the steadfast development strategy, taking training quality, scientific research and international cooperation as the foundation to promote the academic reputation and brand value of the Academy on the regional education map.
Sharing about this event, Associate Professor Dr. Bui Huu Toan - Chairman of the Banking Academy Council said: "The fact that Banking Academy is in the QS Asian University Rankings is a source of pride, but above all, a responsibility. We understand that academic status is not a destination but a path that requires perseverance, standards and aspirations.
In recent times, the Academy has proactively prepared comprehensively in all aspects: promoting domestic and international quality accreditation; developing training programs according to international standards, linked to the high-quality human resource needs of the digital economy ; enhancing scientific research, business cooperation and expanding global academic links.

Currently, the Banking Academy has achieved 100% of its undergraduate training programs meeting the quality accreditation standards of the Ministry of Education and Training ahead of schedule, and has also implemented international accreditation according to AUN-QA standards for many training programs.
The programs are developed in an application-research orientation, linked to the new needs of the digital labor market, financial technology and innovation. International cooperation is also strongly promoted with the participation of many strategic partners in the world, bringing opportunities for international study, exchange and internship for students.
The results from the QS rankings are also linked to the long-term vision and development strategy of the Academy.
According to the Strategy for the period 2022 to 2030, with a vision to 2045, the Academy sets the goal of becoming a prestigious university, providing multi-disciplinary, interdisciplinary, and transdisciplinary training that meets international accreditation standards by 2030; moving towards an autonomous university model with a modern governance system, mastering digital technology in teaching, research and community service; and moving towards becoming a smart university by 2045.
By 2030, the Academy strives to have at least 5 training programs that meet international accreditation standards, and by 2045, to meet regional and world educational accreditation standards.
QS (Quacquarelli Symonds, UK) ranking organization is in the Top 3 most prestigious university ranking organizations worldwide.

1: Academic reputation - 40%: Global scholars' assessment and vote on the best research-quality universities in the world.
2: Recruitment reputation -10%: Evaluation and vote by employers on the universities that provide the best professional human resources for the labor market
