At the meeting, representatives of the Dong Dang - Lang Son Border Gate Economic Zone Management Board discussed with the delegation of the Department of Commerce of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region a number of contents related to promoting the implementation of the common perceptions reached by the leaders of the two provinces - regions (Lang Son - Guangxi) at the 2025 Spring Meeting Program and the 16th Conference of the Joint Working Committee.

In particular, focusing on exchanging and recommending relevant Chinese agencies to soon complete the procedures to submit to the Government for approval to upgrade the Chi Ma (Vietnam) - Ai Diem (China) bilateral border gate pair; implementing the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the two sides to officially open the Binh Nghi - Binh Nghi Quan bilateral border gate pair in 2025; soon allowing third-country cargo vehicles to enter, exit and import via the dedicated cargo transport route in the area of ​​landmarks 1088/2-1089 (Tan Thanh - Po Chai); soon organizing and implementing entry and exit activities for people and passenger and cargo vehicles of the two countries, increasing working hours and strengthening coordination in regulating the import and export of fruits, agricultural products, and electronic components through the Coc Nam - Lung Nghiu customs clearance, the area of ​​landmarks 1104-1105.
