In 2023, the Science and Technology Association at all levels promoted a sense of responsibility, actively coordinated and implemented many key and practical activities, achieving good results in carrying out the assigned tasks. The whole province mobilized more than 8.79 billion VND from the Science and Technology Fund, bringing the total fund to more than 15.2 billion VND; spent more than 9.18 billion VND on science and technology work and talent promotion.

In 2024, the Provincial Science and Technology Association will continue to innovate its grassroots-oriented operation methods; effectively implement projects to promote lifelong learning movements in families, clans, communities, and units, and build a lifelong learning model for the 2021-2030 period; do a good job of propaganda to raise awareness of all classes of people about science and talent; proactively advise and mobilize sponsors to develop the Science and Technology Fund.
Regarding the implementation of Decision No. 677/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister, the Provincial Science and Technology Association has directed the Science and Technology Associations of districts, cities and affiliated units to register and build CDHT models from the beginning of the year; mobilize citizens, families, units and communities to actively participate. As a result, in 2022 and 2023, 9 CDHT models were deployed in 7 districts, cities and a number of schools, attracting thousands of citizens to register for the title of CDHT.
On this occasion, the Provincial Science and Technology Association awarded certificates of merit to 16 collectives and 16 individuals with outstanding achievements in science and technology work in 2023.
