Press conference October 2025

On the afternoon of October 28, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission coordinated with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Provincial Journalists Association to organize the October 2025 press conference. Attending the conference were representatives of leaders of press management and direction agencies; leaders of local and central press agencies residing in Cao Bang; and specialized departments of the Provincial Police. Comrade Nong Thanh Tung, member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission chaired the conference.

In October, press agencies continued to promote their role as the vanguard force on the ideological front, proactively and extensively propagandizing the work of preventing, combating and overcoming the consequences of storms No. 10 and 11 in the province; promptly reflecting the spirit of drastic participation of Party committees, authorities, armed forces, business community and people in overcoming and supporting damaged areas. The total number of news, articles, photos and reports reached 6,296 products, an increase of 142 news and articles compared to September 2025; of which the Central press increased sharply with more than 3,400 news and articles about Cao Bang . Many news lines and in-depth reports spread humanistic values, the spirit of solidarity and sharing, affirming the effectiveness of the province's leadership and direction in responding to natural disasters.

In addition to flood and storm prevention work, the press focuses on promoting important political events of the province: the 75th anniversary of the 1950 Border Campaign Victory, Cao Bang Liberation (October 3, 1950 - October 3, 2025), the 526th anniversary of the province's founding; socio-economic development results in the first 10 months of 2025; foreign affairs activities, investment promotion; propaganda of the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, towards the 14th National Party Congress; spreading patriotic emulation movements, typical advanced examples, good people, good deeds.

Cao Bang Newspaper maintains stability in both print and electronic newspapers, ensuring fast, accurate and outstanding information with nearly 1,900 news and articles published in the month; current affairs and political columns continue to receive in-depth investment. Non Nuoc Cao Bang Magazine published a special issue in October with 72 quality works, continuing to affirm its role as a cultural and artistic publication of the province.

Concluding the conference, Comrade Nong Thanh Tung acknowledged and commended the efforts of press agencies in October, especially in the information work on storm and flood prevention; at the same time, he suggested that in November, they should focus on implementing well 03 key groups of tasks: in-depth propaganda on the Documents of the 14th Party Congress, the results of the Central and National Assembly sessions; promote communication on digital transformation, the 2-level local government model, the application of the Electronic Party Member Handbook, the "Digital Popular Education" movement; strengthen the fight against bad and toxic information, propagate examples of good people, good deeds, creative models, and spread humanistic values ​​in the community. Press agencies continue to innovate propaganda methods, increase the application of digital platforms and multi-channel media to improve the effectiveness of information dissemination.
