(Baoquangngai.vn) - On the afternoon of January 11, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dang Van Minh chaired a conference on coordination work to implement Decree 03/2019/ND-CP dated September 5, 2019 of the Government on coordination between the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of National Defense in performing the tasks of protecting national security, ensuring social order and safety, fighting and preventing crimes and national defense tasks in 2023.
Attending the conference were Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Commission Luong Kim Son; Leaders of the Provincial Military Command, Provincial Police, Provincial Border Guard Command, and leaders of departments, branches, and People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities.

In 2023, under the leadership and direction of the Ministry of National Defense , the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial People's Committee, the three forces of police, military, and border guards have organized to thoroughly grasp and uniformly and effectively implement the contents and coordination measures in accordance with Decree 03/2019/ND-CP of the Government.
The police, military and border forces in the province have proactively coordinated to promptly and effectively handle situations related to national defense and security, ensuring absolute security and safety for political events of the province and the country; proactively advised and proposed the implementation of plans and directives, achieving important results in many fields, especially in the work of grasping the situation, exchanging information and verifying information of all kinds.

Speaking at the conference, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dang Van Minh acknowledged, praised and highly appreciated the results achieved in the coordination work of the three forces in the past year. At the same time, he requested that in the coming time, the three forces continue to promote coordination work, proactively advise the Provincial People's Committee to direct the timely resolution of cases related to disputes and complaints, cases related to projects in the province... not to let them become "hot spots".
Coordinate to ensure security and safety during important anniversaries and events of the province and the country, especially before, during and after the Lunar New Year 2024, ensuring that the people of the province enjoy a joyful, healthy and safe Spring and Tet holiday.
The forces also need to coordinate closely in managing human resources and vessels; effectively deploy measures to protect internal political security of the armed forces; fight against erroneous viewpoints and distorted arguments of hostile forces to depoliticize the armed forces...
On this occasion, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dang Van Minh awarded Certificates of Merit to 4 collectives and 6 individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing Decree 03 of the Government.
