Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Agencies Bloc Nguyen Van The attended and chaired the Conference. The Conference connected online to 396 points with more than 16,000 cadres and party members in the entire Party Committee of the Central Agencies Bloc.

Attending at the bridge point of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism were members of the Party Committee, members of the Inspection Commission of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; members of the Executive Committee of 67 Party organizations under the Party Committee of the Ministry; leaders of Departments and Offices; members of Steering Committee 35; representatives of the Standing Committee: Ministry's Trade Union; Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Ministry; Veterans Association of the Ministry.

At the Conference, former member of the Party Central Committee, former Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Prof. Dr. Ta Ngoc Tan, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council, introduced the core contents of the book The whole country is united, seizing every opportunity, overcoming all difficulties and challenges; determined to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress .

Through 40 articles and typical speeches of the General Secretary in the first half of the 13th National Party Congress, summarized in a book of more than 500 pages, it shows the sense of responsibility, strategic thinking, comprehensive, profound, and specific guiding ideology, and important orientations in leadership and direction of the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, the Secretariat, headed by the General Secretary, for the task of developing the country quickly and sustainably. The content of the book demonstrates the solidarity, high determination, and trust of the entire Party, the entire people, the entire army, and of all sectors, fields, and localities in the Party's leadership.

The book was completed and launched at a time when important foreign affairs activities of the Party and State were taking place, receiving much attention from domestic and international public opinion; at the same time, our Party had just successfully organized the 8th Central Conference of the 13th tenure, deciding many important issues of the country.

The book also demonstrates the solidarity, unanimity and high determination of the entire Party, people and army; of all sectors, fields and localities towards the leadership of the Party and the General Secretary. The General Secretary's instructions at the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th Central Conferences and the 13th Mid-Term Central Conference; for the 6 economic regions, fields, forces and each sector, demonstrate the determination to arouse the aspiration for development, promote the strength of great solidarity of the people of the whole country to develop the economy - society quickly and sustainably, ensure security, national defense and social order and safety, constantly improve all aspects of life for the people, firmly protect the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Speaking at the Conference, Party Central Committee member and Party Secretary of the Bloc Nguyen Van The requested that from now until the end of the 13th Congress term, the Bloc Party Committee and Party Committees at all levels need to focus on overcoming the limitations and shortcomings pointed out in the mid-term review, continue to innovate leadership and direction methods; focus on building solidarity and unity within the Party; innovate working methods and styles, improve the quality of advice and work quality of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, union members, association members and workers in the Bloc Party Committee to meet the requirements in the new situation.

In addition, the Party Committee of the Bloc and Party Committees at all levels further strengthen coordination with the Party delegation, Party executive committee, leaders of Central departments, ministries, branches and organizations, focus on leadership, direction and drastic and synchronous implementation of solutions to implement the political goals and tasks, and Party building work set out for the second half of the 13th term.

The Party Committee of the Bloc and Party Committees at all levels continue to resolutely direct the implementation of the 6 key tasks and 3 breakthroughs set forth by the 13th Congress of the Bloc Party Committee; direct the successful completion of political tasks; all aspects of Party building in terms of politics, ideology, and ethics; organization, inspection, supervision, mass mobilization work and leadership of mass organizations in the last two years of the term; strive to successfully complete the Resolution of the 13th Congress of the Bloc Party Committee.

Along with that, it is necessary to focus on promoting and improving the work of Party building and rectification in terms of politics, ideology, ethics, organization and cadres; have programs and plans to seriously and effectively implement the resolutions and conclusions of the Central Committee, especially the Resolution of the 4th Central Committee, Session XII and the Conclusion of the 4th Central Conference, Session XIII on promoting the building and rectification of the Party and the political system in association with studying and following the ideology, ethics and lifestyle of Ho Chi Minh; implement Resolution No. 21-NQ/TW on strengthening and consolidating the building of grassroots Party organizations and improving the quality of Party members in the new period and Action Program No. 17-CTr/ĐUK of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc on implementing Resolution 21-NQ/TW. Accordingly, the goal by 2025 is that 100% of the Party Committees under the Party Committee of the Bloc will build the model of "four good Party cells" and "four good grassroots Party Committees" (complete political tasks well; good quality of activities; good solidarity and discipline; good cadres and Party members).

Reviewing, supplementing the planning, and perfecting the Party Committees and Inspection Committees of Party Committees at all levels for the 2020-2025 and 2025-2030 terms, the Party Committee of the Bloc and Party Committees at all levels focus on directing the preparation work for the congresses of the subordinate Party Committees, the 14th Congress of the Party Committee of the Bloc, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party for the 2025-2030 term.

Immediately after this Conference, the Party Secretary of the Bloc requested Party Committees and organizations at all levels to continue to thoroughly grasp and propagate the content of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong's book at their agencies and units, propagate the results achieved in the first half of the term of the Bloc Party Committee and its affiliated Party Committees; propagate, direct and orient the contingent of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, union members, association members and workers in the Bloc Party Committee to be more determined, make greater efforts, overcome all difficulties, unite, take advantage of all opportunities and favorable conditions to effectively implement the programs, plans, goals and tasks set out in the 13th term.

Speaking at the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism's bridge, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ministry Nguyen Tuan Linh suggested that after this Conference, the Party Committees and Party Cells under the Party Committee of the Ministry disseminate the content of the Conference to the Party Committees and Party Cells in various forms. At the same time, integrate the content of the Conference to disseminate the implementation of Resolution No. 35-NQ/BCSĐ dated October 17, 2023 of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on implementation solutions to comprehensively accelerate the completion of the goals set in 2023.
