Association of Journalists of Central provinces and cities

The emulation cluster of Journalists' Associations of provinces and cities in the Central and South Central regions includes the Journalists' Associations of 7 localities: Da Nang, Quang Nam , Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Phu Yen, Khanh Hoa, and Ninh Thuan. In 2023, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Journalists' Association assumed the role of cluster leader.

Over the past six months, units within the cluster have continued to effectively implement the Press Law; the 10 Articles of the Code of Professional Ethics for Vietnamese Journalists; and the Rules for the Use of Social Media by Journalists, in conjunction with the implementation of Directive 05 of the Politburo on Promoting the Study and Emulation of the Ideology, Morality, and Style of President Ho Chi Minh...

Local associations within the cluster have gained 33 new members; at the 17th National Press Awards, the Central-South Central region emulation cluster had 5 winning entries; the Journalists' Associations of provinces and cities also successfully organized their local traditional press awards; published the special issue "Journalist"; successfully organized the Spring Press Festival of the Year of the Rabbit 2023; supported the creation of high-quality journalistic works; and paid attention to political and professional training for members and journalists... In general, the patriotic emulation movement of the emulation cluster is gradually becoming more profound.

In the coming period, the emulation cluster of Journalists' Associations of provinces and cities in the Central and South Central regions will continue to closely follow the practical situation and the policies and guidelines of the localities, the resolutions of the Congress of the Vietnam Journalists' Association , and the tasks of the local Journalists' Associations.

The goal is for 100% of officials, civil servants, and employees of the Journalists' Association in the 7 provinces and cities within the emulation cluster to strictly adhere to the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and regulations, and local regulations; and to ensure that no members, officials, or employees violate the law and require disciplinary action.
