The Provincial Farmers' Association strives to coordinate training and vocational development for over 3,500 members each year.

From 2016 to present, the Association at all levels has proactively coordinated to organize 5,647 training courses on science and technology transfer for over 273,100 members; coordinated to organize 478 short-term vocational training courses for more than 14,340 members and farmers in the fields of: cultivation, animal husbandry - veterinary medicine, cooking, construction, motorbike repair...

The provincial Associations have coordinated with Lucavi Limited Liability Company, Lam Thao Super Phosphate and Chemical Joint Stock Company, and Vietnam Apatite Company to organize training on how to use and build a demonstration model of closed-loop fertilizer use, annually supplying over 2,000 tons of deferred fertilizer to members and farmers; coordinated with Vietnam Engine and Agricultural Machinery Corporation to donate 10 BS86-8 plows to members and farmers in difficult areas.

In the coming time, the Farmers' Associations at all levels in the province will proactively coordinate with departments, branches and enterprises in consulting, supporting and providing services to farmers on capital, machinery and materials; training in science and technology, transferring new technologies, vocational training, job introduction; organizing industrial, agricultural, forestry and fishery promotion activities; building demonstration models for members and farmers to apply in production; providing market information, supplying materials and fertilizers to farmers. Organizing dialogues between farmers and the government, branches, scientists and enterprises to remove difficulties in production and business for farmers...

Improve the quality of program implementation in coordination with provincial departments and branches to advise and support farmers in building brands, trademarks, and consuming agricultural products. Propose and advise to participate in implementing programs and projects to develop rural economy and society. Continue to mobilize farmers to accumulate and concentrate land to increase production scale, develop farm models, family farms, and cooperatives to create concentrated commodity production areas associated with building geographical indications, trademarks, and brands of agricultural products.

The Provincial Farmers' Association strives to coordinate vocational training and development for 3,500 or more farmer members and rural workers each year; and to improve the qualifications and skills of over 200 excellent farmer member households and good farmers and businessmen.
