Attending the Congress were comrade Truong Van Tung, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial Farmers' Association; leaders of Lien Huong commune and 120 delegates, representing 2,961 farmer members of the whole commune.

During the period of 2023 - 2025, the activities of the Association and the farmers' movement in Lien Huong commune achieved many positive results. The Association organized many meetings and coordinated propaganda on issues related to agriculture , farmers and rural areas. In particular, the Association actively propagated and disseminated laws on fisheries, preventing and combating IUU fishing.
