Previously, Da Nang Hospital received patient P. D.T. (born in 2002, from Nghe An), who was electrocuted and suffered cardiac arrest, and was transferred from the 115 Emergency Center of Da Nang City.
Upon admission, the hospital activated the interdisciplinary "red alert" system, mobilizing the Emergency, Intensive Care - Anti-Poison, Cardiology and Anesthesia teams to coordinate chest compressions, respiratory support, and set up an artificial heart-lung machine (ECMO).

Although the patient's relatives did not have time to complete the procedures, the hospital's Board of Directors still directed maximum treatment and temporarily approved all treatment costs.
According to Dr. Ha Son Binh, Head of the Intensive Care and Anti-Poison Department, the patient was admitted to the hospital in a very serious condition: cyanosis of the whole body, deep coma, respiratory and circulatory arrest lasting more than 30 minutes from the time of discovery until admission. However, the medical team was determined to fight to the end to save the patient's life.

Thanks to the persistent efforts and the highest determination of the entire hospital, the patient fully recovered and was discharged to the joy of his family and the entire Danang Hospital team.
Ms. NTT (the patient's mother) wrote a letter of thanks to the Danang Hospital team. According to Ms. T., the treatment process up to now has been a truly memorable time for the family. During her stay here, the doctors, nurses, and caregivers have always been attentive and dedicated, making the family feel secure and appreciated.
