According to the enrollment guidelines for the first grade classes for the 2025-2026 school year of the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City, the enrollment process for the first grade classes is carried out online at http://tuyensinhdaucap.hcm.edu.vn.

The local primary school enrollment plan ensures specific identification of enrollment targets according to the city's enrollment plan, including:

Subject 1 (students whose current residence is in the area and within the prescribed age) and subject 2 (students who are not in the actual residential area but are in special cases as prescribed).

-For subject 2: Thu Duc City Admissions Steering Committee, districts and counties issue criteria for admission of students outside the residential area according to the City's instructions, clearly defining the order of priority for special cases, ensuring transparency, fairness, suitability to reality and publicity on the official information portal.

The registration period is specified as follows:

From May 15 to 5:00 p.m. on May 19 at the latest: Parents of students access the city's primary school admissions page, select the district to submit their application and accurately determine the admission target.

Parents log into the city's primary school admissions website using the student's personal identification code and the password is the date, month, and year of birth.

In case of subject 2 (students not in the actual residential area but in special cases as prescribed), parents need to carefully study the enrollment plan of the city and locality, and at the same time prepare sufficient evidence to update the online system.

The Department of Education and Training of Thu Duc City and districts are responsible for consulting, guiding the implementation process and answering questions, to ensure the rights of students.

From May 20 to no later than 5:00 p.m. on May 23: The Department of Education and Training of Thu Duc City and districts are responsible for synchronizing enrollment data from the city's centralized management system to the local enrollment system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with technical requirements.

From May 24 to 5:00 p.m. on May 29 at the latest: Parents of students register for admission on the city's admissions portal foreducational institutions implementing special programs.

Including high-quality, advanced, regional and international integration programs; integrated English program according to Project 5695, French enhancement program; Nam Saigon Primary - Secondary - High School, District 7 (grades 1 and 6), Luong The Vinh High School, District 1 and other educational institutions with special models.

Students not enrolled in schools with special programs will be placed in schools within their registered area during the period from May 15 to May 19.
