Today, the National Assembly discussed the implementation status and budget allocation estimates.

According to the working program of the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly, this morning, October 30, the National Assembly continued to discuss in the hall the assessment of the results of the implementation of the socio -economic development plan for 2025; the expected socio-economic development plan for 2026; the results of the implementation of the National Assembly's resolutions on the 5-year plan for the period 2021-2025: socio-economic development; economic restructuring.

The National Assembly also discussed the report of the Government, the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, and the Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy on the issuance of documents adjusting the contents under the authority of the National Assembly to handle issues arising in the implementation of the reorganization of the state apparatus, promoting decentralization and delegation of powers and removing obstacles due to legal provisions (according to the provisions of the Law on Organization of the Government, the Law on Organization of Local Government, Resolution No. 190/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly regulating the handling of a number of issues related to the reorganization of the state apparatus, Resolution No. 206/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly on special mechanisms for handling difficulties and obstacles due to legal provisions).

Also in the morning, the National Assembly gave opinions on the report of the Government, the Supreme People's Court , and the Supreme People's Procuracy on the implementation of the Constitution, laws, resolutions of the National Assembly, ordinances, and resolutions of the National Assembly Standing Committee in 2025.

Members of the Government, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, and Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy explained and clarified a number of issues raised by National Assembly deputies.

It is expected that from 9:50 a.m. until the end of the afternoon, the National Assembly will discuss in the hall the implementation of the state budget in 2025, the state budget estimate, the central budget allocation plan in 2026 (including the 3-year state financial-budget plan 2026-2028; the implementation of the state budget public investment plan in 2025, the expected state budget public investment plan in 2026; the implementation of the 2025 financial plan, the expected 2026 financial plan of the extra-budgetary state financial funds managed by the central government).

The National Assembly also discussed the results of implementing the National Assembly's resolutions on the 5-year plan for the 2021-2025 period: medium-term public investment; national finance and borrowing and public debt repayment; and plans for the 5-year national finance for the 2026-2030 period; medium-term public investment for the 2026-2030 period.

After the discussion, Government members explained and clarified a number of issues raised by National Assembly deputies.
