On December 25, Keyhinge Toys Vietnam Joint Stock Company (Road No. 3, Hoa Khanh Industrial Park, Hoa Khanh Bac Ward, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang City) issued a notice of temporary suspension of business operations.
Accordingly, the company currently has 1,312 employees. Due to difficulties in production and business activities (production of toys and games), on December 22, the company sent a notice to the authorities, the Management Board of the High-Tech Park and Industrial Parks of Da Nang, announcing that it would temporarily suspend operations for 3 months. The expected date of suspension of business is from January 3, 2024.
Regarding the regime and policies for employees, the company will settle the year-end bonus including Lunar New Year and Solar New Year bonuses.
On the occasion of New Year 2024, the company gave Union gifts to employees with an average of 150,000 VND/person.
On the occasion of the Lunar New Year of Giap Thin, employees who are present at the company until December 31, 2023 will be rewarded with 1 month's salary for those who have worked for 12 months or more in the year and at least 13.5 - 14 working days/month; the bonus will be 1 month's salary. For those who have worked for less than 12 months, the bonus will be equal to hourly salary x 208 x actual number of months worked.

Regarding the fact that Keyhinge Toys Vietnam Joint Stock Company had to stop production and business, the Da Nang Labor Federation reported to the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and the People's Committee of Da Nang City.
Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the City Labor Federation will organize a meeting with all employees of the company, give Tet allowance gifts to union members and employees from the source of the grassroots union, the City Labor Federation, and the support source of the City People's Committee to share and encourage. The Standing Committee also creates a forum for employees to dialogue with employers and answer questions before leaving work.
The Da Nang Labor Federation will review all out-of-town workers who need to return home to support bus fares or organize bus trips for them in the program "Union Tet Journey".
The Standing Committee of the Labor Federation also directed the Labor Union of the High-Tech Park and Industrial Parks in Da Nang to review all regulations to support laid-off workers, connect with businesses in the industrial park that have recruitment needs to introduce them to workers at Keyhinge Toys Vietnam Joint Stock Company.
