First university announces Lunar New Year bonus 2026

TPO - The Lunar New Year 2026 bonus of this university is 20 million VND for leaders, lecturers and staff, which will be equal to the Lunar New Year 2025 bonus.

Speaking with Tien Phong, a representative of Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade said that the 2026 Lunar New Year bonus of this school will still be implemented according to the content of the school's internal spending regulations applied from the 2024-2025 school year.

According to this regulation, the 2026 Lunar New Year bonus of this school will be equal to the 2025 Lunar New Year bonus at 25 million VND/person.

With this regulation, all employees at the school, from janitors to school principals, will receive the same Lunar New Year 2026 bonus.

Every year, this school spends more than 20 billion VND in Tet bonuses. This bonus applies to all officials, employees, and school leaders who have worked for one year or more, regardless of title, position, or degree.

According to this representative, in the case of an official being disciplined from reprimand or higher, he/she will receive 70% of the above bonus; in the year, if he/she is ranked in the emulation category of B or lower for 2 months, he/she will receive 90% and in 3 months, he/she will receive 80% of the above bonus.

Compared with last year, this year's Tet bonus remains unchanged.
