- In 2 days (November 4 and 5), the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee organized 2 training courses on policy dialogue at the commune and village level, inspection, supervision and evaluation of Project 8: "Implementing gender equality and solving urgent issues for women and children" in the National Target Program on socio -economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas (DTTS&MN) for the period 2021 - 2030, phase I: 2021 - 2025.

Attending the training courses were more than 140 delegates who were officials of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Departments of Home Affairs, Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions; People's Committees, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of communes in the province implementing Project 8 in organizing policy dialogues at commune and village level; inspection and supervision of the implementation of Project 8 and supervision of the implementation of Gender Equality in the National Target Program on socio-economic development of ethnic minority and mountainous areas.

Along with that, the delegates practiced monitoring and evaluation toolkits, practiced and built plans to organize and demonstrate dialogues. At the same time, they exchanged and discussed difficulties and obstacles in the implementation of Project 8 in localities.
