More than 20,000 train tickets for Lunar New Year 2026 sold

From 8:00 a.m. on September 20, the railway industry officially opened ticket sales for Lunar New Year 2026 on all ticket sales channels.

The railway industry opened an additional early train departing from Hai Duong station to serve the travel needs of officials, civil servants and workers from West Hai Phong to East Hai Phong for work.

According to information from the Railway Transport Joint Stock Company, as of 12 noon on September 20, the number of Tet train tickets sold reached about 22,000 tickets, with revenue of 44 billion VND on all ticket sales channels.

Previously, from September 15 to 19, the railway industry organized ticket sales for groups of passengers, including units of the people's armed forces, universities, colleges, industrial parks, export processing zones, social organizations, businesses, companies, and units in the railway industry.
